Summer's here and along with it, the risk of kids getting bored because it rains or whatever they were doing isn't fun anymore. That's when creative times may begin. Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores has launched a new line of kits, called We Made It by Jennifer Garner. The actress recalls her trips to Jo-Ann with her mum when she was a child, "so I’m incredibly happy to be able to launch the We Made It line with a brand I have that connection with. One of the main concepts behind We Made It is to promote memory-making opportunities for families, so we developed kits that will help loved ones share the same kinds of moments that my family and I cherish so much."
The arts and crafts collection has been created for children from 4 to 11 and includes more than 100 kits, divided into four categories: Make It Grow, Make it Playful, Make It Sweet and Make It Memorable. Kids will learn to garden, sew, bake or paint in a fun and creative way. You can even enter a contest on Instagram and try to win a $250 Jo-Ann gift card: just tag the items you made with your kid(s) with #WeMadeItSweepstakes. The collection's price range goes from $2.99 to $49.99 and it's available at Jo-Ann stores and online. Some of the benefits will be donated to Save the Children, a charity Jennifer Garner is involved with.
