Fortunately Petco thought about it too and decided to do something about it. Not only did the pet specialist provide a delivery solution, it's also a fast one. About 13,000 Petco products are eligible for delivery, the selection covering any kind of food (dry kibble, freezed-dried, fresh, frozen, wet) as well as toys, treats and everything you may need to take care of your bird, your cat, your fish, your bird or all at once. Petco teamed up with Instacart to offer a fast shipping: you can receive your order within one hour. The service has been called PetcoNow.
Using it is very simple. You can access the service through the web or, since mobile purchase became such a routine, you can download the Instacart application for iOS or Android. Creating a free account and selecting Petco takes a few seconds. Prepare your order, choose when you want to be delivered (from one hour to six days), pay, and appreciate. The first shipping is free, then the cost will start at $3,99. The delivery zone for now includes Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Boulder, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Philadelphia, Portland, San Francisco, San Jose, Seattle and Washington. Chicago will be added on June 30.
